LG 近期推出專為小坪數空間設計的窄版 LG InstaView 敲敲看變頻雙門冰箱，機身寬度只有 60 公分，讓過去受限於空間的消費者也能考慮具備「敲敲看」功能的冰箱。此外，LG 也同步更新了容量更大的 InstaView 敲敲看門中門冰球冰箱 782L、智慧變頻四門冰箱 619L。
「敲敲看」功能是 LG 冰箱的特色之一，使用者輕敲兩下冰箱門，就能看到冰箱內部的食材，不用打開門就能確認內容物，有助於減少冷流流失，間接達到省電的效果。新推出的窄版雙門冰箱除了有「敲敲看」設計，也配備了 FRESH Converter 隨選保鮮室、自動製冰器以及整理模式等功能。
FRESH Converter 隨選保鮮室提供肉品、魚類及蔬菜三種保鮮模式，使用者可以依據食材類型調整最適當的儲存溫度。自動製冰器省去了手動加水或取冰的麻煩，使用者只需將水注入水箱，冰箱就會自動製冰並儲存冰塊。針對清潔冰箱時常遇到的警示音干擾問題，新品增加了整理模式。開啟後，冰箱會暫停警示音與製冷系統 15 分鐘，讓使用者在整理時更不受打擾。
窄版敲敲看變頻雙門冰箱也搭載了 LG 的 DoorCooling 四方吹冷流和 Linear Cooling 線性冷卻技術，這些技術主要用於提升冷卻效率並維持冰箱內部的溫度穩定。
除了窄版雙門冰箱，LG 也推出了 InstaView 敲敲看門中門冰球四門冰箱 782L 和智慧變頻四門冰箱 619L。
InstaView 敲敲看門中門冰球四門冰箱 782L 除了同樣具備「敲敲看」設計與門中門功能外，還新增了五種氣氛燈，可透過 ThinQ APP 調整，也配備了整理模式，並內建全新的 Full-Convert Drawer 變溫保鮮室，提供五種溫度設定，能依據酒類、熟食、冷飲、肉類、海鮮或冷凍食品的保存需求，在冷藏與冷凍間切換。
智慧變頻四門冰箱 619L 則採用曜石黑鏡面設計，並內建 FRESH Converter 隨選保鮮室和自動製冰器，同樣搭載整理模式。值得一提的是，這款冰箱的寬度相較於過去的 610L 機型減少了 8 公分，但在體積縮小的同時提升了容量。
在保鮮方面，兩款大容量新品都搭載了 Hygiene Fresh 鮮淨過濾系統，聲稱能減少冰箱內部常見細菌。InstaView 敲敲看門中門冰球四門冰箱 782L 的冰飲出水孔也配備 UVnano 功能，每日會自動清潔出水孔。
LG 全系列冰箱都採用智慧變頻壓縮機，有助於降低能耗並維持運作時的安靜度，且壓縮機提供 10 年保固。此外，全系列冰箱內建 WiFi 功能，可透過手機 ThinQ APP 遠端操控，讓使用者能掌握冰箱狀況。

為了重振AI晶片業務，英特爾（Intel）近期找來多位來自蘋果、Google、Cadence等科技巨頭的高階工程人才，企圖打造堪比「復仇者聯盟」的AI開發團隊，直指NVIDIA的市場主導地位。
根據英特爾官網美國時間6月18日公布的最新人事公告，Srinivasan Iyengar、Jean-Didier Allegrucci與Shailendra Desai三位業界資深人士將加入公司，擔任核心工程領導職務。
同時，擁有超過20年英特爾資歷的Greg Ernst也被拔擢為新任首席營收長（Chief Revenue Officer），負責推動業務拓展與客戶關係經營。他目前領導的是英特爾的銷售與行銷團隊（SMG）。
自今年3月正式接任執行長以來，陳立武（Pat Gelsinger）積極推動組織改革，重整工程團隊與產品策略。他強調英特爾需要打造更貼近市場需求的產品，並已著手精簡管理層與裁員計畫。
面對AI運算快速爆發、NVIDIA市佔持續擴大，英特爾欲扭轉頹勢、在AI晶片領域重拾話語權。其中，Iyengar將出任「客戶工程卓越中心」的資深副總裁，他過去任職於晶片設計工具商Cadence，正是陳立武過去執掌十餘年的老東家。
Allegrucci未來將領導AI系統單晶片（SoC）的工程工作，他來自AI新創公司Rain AI，並曾在蘋果服務17年，參與設計逾30款晶片，是蘋果內部極具影響力的技術人物。
Desai則將掌管AI GPU產品開發，他曾創立初創公司Provino Technologies，該公司於2021年被Google收購，隨後他在Google擔任矽工程主管，負責多款行動裝置用SoC平台的設計。此番加盟英特爾，被外界解讀為正面迎戰NVIDIA的重要戰力。
在晶圓代工業務方面，英特爾仍積極尋求新客戶擴大產能利用率，而Ernst未來也將擔負這項關鍵任務，協助擴展全球商機。

有不少使用 Surface Laptop 的用戶近期發現，在燈光昏暗甚至全暗的環境下，Windows Hello 的人臉辨識功能無法正常運作，導致無法解鎖筆電。對此，微軟表示這不是系統錯誤，而是自四月起針對 Windows Hello 安全性所做的調整結果。
根據微軟在四月份釋出的 Windows 更新補丁說明中提到，這項變更是為了修補由南洋理工大學揭露的一項安全漏洞。該漏洞允許攻擊者在本地環境中欺騙系統人臉辨識機制，雖然被微軟評為「重要」，但其實被惡意利用的機率相對偏低。
在此次安全強化後，Windows Hello 必須結合彩色鏡頭與紅外線感測器的資料來判斷人臉，也就是說若環境中光線不足，紅外線資訊無法有效取得，辨識功能就會停用，以防止潛在風險。
有趣的是，若使用者在「裝置管理員」中手動關閉內建網路攝影機，系統就會自動切換為使用紅外線模組，讓人臉辨識在黑暗中仍能啟用。不過這樣一來，鏡頭將無法在其他應用程式或視訊會議中使用，實用性大打折扣。
簡單來說，這是一個為了強化系統安全性而做出的權衡。對只使用人臉解鎖的用戶或許還能接受，但對經常需要視訊功能的用戶而言，可能就必須重新考慮是否仍仰賴 Windows Hello 作為主要登入方式。

根據《路透社》報導，蘋果公司硬體技術資深副總裁 Johny Srouji 上月在比利時出席一場私人活動時透露，蘋果有意導入生成式 AI 技術，以加快自家晶片設計流程。這些晶片對蘋果裝置的效能與差異化發展至關重要。
Srouji 此番發言是在接受獨立半導體研發機構 Imec 頒獎時發表的，該機構與全球多數晶片大廠皆有深度合作。根據現場錄音內容，他回顧蘋果從 2010 年推出第一顆 A4 晶片以來的自研歷程，直到最新用於 Mac 與 Vision Pro 的晶片演進。
Srouji 指出，蘋果在晶片自研過程中體認到一項核心關鍵：必須採用最先進的工具與平台來支援設計工作。特別是在電子設計自動化（EDA）領域，像是 Cadence（楷登電子）與 Synopsys（新思科技）這兩家業界巨頭，近年來已積極將 AI 技術整合進 EDA 工具中，協助晶片設計自動化、提升效率。
他認為，生成式 AI 具有極大潛力，有望在更短時間內完成更多設計任務，進而大幅提升整體生產力。
Srouji 也坦言，蘋果在推動 Mac 從 Intel 晶片全面轉向自家 Apple Silicon 的過程中，是一場「破釜沉舟」的豪賭。他強調：「我們當時沒有備用計畫，也沒有打算讓產品線同時採用兩種晶片架構，因此必須全力以赴。」
這次轉換不只涉及硬體，更有龐大的軟體相容與最佳化挑戰。不過這場賭注最終成功，不僅強化了蘋果裝置之間的整合，也進一步掌握晶片設計的主導權。
