Game Description
The story takes place in Japan, where exorcisms are carried out by government agents. The protagonist is Mizuki Shiraishi, who is an exorcist from the Kinki Spiritual Affairs Bureau. Shiraishi visits Saiga Village in Nara to investigate a mystery in which all trances of the village have been wiped off the internet. Upon her arrival, she discovers all villagers have gone missing and the village is infested with a disproportionate number of unlawful spirits. Electricity, communications, and the internet in the village have been all cut-off, and Shiraishi also finds out that someone is pulling the strings behind the incident. Shiraishi pursues the mystery with radio assistance from her boss Kohinata and her junior co-worker Maruoka.

This game is not a classic Japanese horror game where you can’t fight back against the ghosts. In Kinki Spiritual Affairs Bureau, you’re just as much of a threat as the spirits themselves!

TSMC may have breached US sanctions; Apple chip production could be at risk

The US Commerce Department is carrying out an investigation into whether Apple chipmaker TSMC breached US sanctions against China by supplying smartphone and AI chips to Huawei. The probe was in part driven by Huawei’s surprising ability to resume competing with iPhones.

First iPad mini 7 benchmarks reveal upgraded RAM and more

Apple announced a new iPad mini on Tuesday, powered by the A17 Pro chip with support for Apple Intelligence features. The first new iPad mini orders are set to arrive to customers next week, but early benchmarks have now surfaced on Geekbench. These results confirm that the latest iPad mini features 8GB of RAM, and give us a glimpse at the performance of the binned A17 Pro chip inside.

你是不是也覺得現在的訂閱服務這麼多，但是往往都是訂閱容易取消難？比方說很多線上服務都有三個月的免費訂閱期，但是三個月時間一到，你怎麼樣都找不到取消訂閱的地方，導致之後莫名其妙就成了付費會員。

甚至，有些時候當你要取消訂閱時，網站上給你的是一個電話號碼，而不是一個簡單的「取消」按鈕。公司通常會試圖讓你打電話跟真人溝通，而對方會用免費券或折扣價來吸引你留下。或者他們會試圖修改您的現有套餐，而不是完全終止業務。

現在，美國聯邦貿易委員會（FTC）新出爐的「點選即取消」規則，將禁止公司採取欺騙或惡意手段阻止客戶取消訂閱，新規將在 180 天後生效，未來美國民眾的訂閱管理將變得更加容易。

根據聯邦貿易委員會發佈的新聞稿，在美國營運的公司必須使取消訂閱與註冊訂閱一樣容易。 原則是，如果線上註冊訂閱，就必須能夠對等線上取消訂閱。

雖然這類的行銷計畫可能會給銷售商和消費者帶來便利，但 FTC 每年都會收到成千上萬起有關難以取消訂閱方面的投訴。 投訴數量在過去五年中穩步增長，2024 年，委員會平均每天收到近 70 起消費者投訴，高於 2021 年的 42 起。

訂閱容易退訂難？美國FTC要求訂閱制服務必須做到「取消訂閱」與「開始訂閱」一樣簡單

根據FTC的「點選即取消」規定，線上訂閱服務不能強迫顧客使用與註冊時不同的方法來取消訂閱。例如，如果使用者是透過線上表單註冊的訂閱，企業不能要求用戶之後要撥打電話或與人工客服聊天才能取消。

FTC 還要求企業在收費前清晰地披露訂閱條款，並獲得顧客的同意，這一措施旨在保護消費者的權益，避免隱藏費用和不當收費。

該規則適用於所有自動續訂的訂閱，包括難以取消的健身房會員、雜誌訂閱，以及像亞馬遜 Prime 這樣的月會員服務費用，新規還涵蓋了那些在未及時取消時會收費的免費試用和連續產品計畫。

委員會主席 Lina M. Khan 說：「很多時候，商家為了取消訂閱，會讓人們經歷無窮無盡的麻煩。聯邦貿易委員會的規定將終結這些伎倆和陷阱，為美國人節省時間和金錢。 沒有人應該為自己不再想要的服務付費。」
