Masimo is now suing U.S. Customs and Border Protection to try and block Apple's latest win, allowing Blood Oxygen monitoring on Apple Watches.

Apple released iOS 18.6.1 & watchOS 11.6.1 on Thursday to bring Blood Oxygen monitoring back to select devices.

Apple and Masimo are back in court again as Apple tries to dismiss the ban on blood-oxygen monitoring in its Apple Watch wearable fitness tracker.
