Noctua is officially entering the AIO market on June 16 with its new "NL-LC1" liquid cooler that starts at 220 EUR (around $250) for the 240mm variant. It features a customized Asetek Emma V2 pump with a lot of soundproofing, NF-A12x25 G2 or NF-A14x25 G2 fans and SecuFirm2+ mounting.
