Apple says macOS Tahoe 26 will be the last major software update for Intel-equipped Macs as Rosetta 2 will stop being supported one year later.

Apple is said to remove several Intel-based Mac models currently compatible with macOS Sequoia from the macOS 26 device compatibility list.
