尊敬的相关部门领导,我叫黄渊普,作为主要创始人做了一家叫“亿欧”《北京亿欧网盟科技有限公司》的小公司,籍贯为湖南邵阳,户籍所在地在上海市长宁区,身份证号43052719xx10xx42xx,联系方式为:15810157304。我今天实名举报全国政协委员、知乎〔北京智者天下科技有限公司,简称“知乎”)创始人兼CEO周源通过其创立的知乎平台、设置不合理的机制恶意挑拨了员工群体与企业主群体对立、严重破坏了国内营商环境。
以下为我的陈述,我对我所说的话负责;
2023年6月20日上午,在听到一位创业者朋友抱怨自己在知乎平台上被人匿名诽谤的事情后,我也在知乎上搜索了一下自己的名字“黄渊普”。发现一个“提问”(目前知乎上已经被删)∶亿欧黄渊普会卷钱跑路吗?
这个提问由知乎的匿名用户以匿名的方式提出。但其实,亿欧是科创产业智库,商业模式主要是给科技企业提供研究、咨询、品牌等服务,主营业务应收账款较大,只有占营收非常小的会员和VIP服务采取先付款后提供服务的方式。
这个提问和描述十分恶意,把我本人与某不同行业领域的企业负责人做恶意对比。这个提问,在我发现它之前,它应该已经存在一段时间(知乎的“提问”不对外显示提问时间)。在我发现这个提问之前,它对我个人名誉已经造成了损害,对公司品牌和人才招聘也有不利影响。
这不是我第一次在知乎上遭遇这类匿名提问和匿名回答,知乎上有“如何评价黄渊普”的提问,2016年时有“亿欧活不过两年、黄渊普把投资方架空了”、2022年时有“黄渊普被股东给捋掉了CEO职位”等不实回答;在另外一个知乎匿名提问里面有“黄渊普花钱买了上海市青年五四奖章……我虽然没听黄渊普说过英语,但据说英语非常差,靠花钱入读了纽约大学商学院”这样的诽谤回答。
对于个人名誉被诽谤,知乎官方的规则和回答是:“知乎有完善的社区治理机制,我们反对编造不实信息、恶意诽谤他人等行为。欢迎用户通过举报途径反馈给我们,平台将第一时间进行核查和处理。”
民法典规定个人的名誉权受保护,如果平台上存在有涉及侮辱和诽谤的言论个人应该向平台举报,去删除这些言论,如果需要进一步维权的,可以起诉平台,然后向法院申请调查令,要求平台披露匿名用户的身份。
以上的规范,一定程度上能保护个人名誉,但无论是时间成本还是精力成本,受到匿名诽谤的当事人的维权成本都非常高。知乎目前正在进行的诉讼非常多,大多和个人名誉被知乎损害有关。即便维权成功,提出诉讼者个人的名誉损害没法得到有效补偿,浪费了大量社会资源的同时,知乎平台受影响很小。
有指向性的匿名提问,例如“如何评价某某公司创始人”、“某某公司CEO是骗子吗? ”、“某某公司总裁会卷钱逃跑么?”,一般会吸引有恶意的人去回答,而持其它态度的人员一般没有动力回答,这造成的结果是:知乎上涉及企业主群体的绝大多数是匿名的恶意提问,其回答也绝大多数是匿名方式的恶意。
国家互联网信息办公室牵头发起的2023年“清朗”系列专项行动,明确提出以“推动形成良好网络生态”为工作目标,提出规范重点流量环节网络传播秩序,优化营商网络环境、保护企业合法权益,整治网络戾气等问题。另外根据2021年9月发布的《关于进一步压实网站平台信息内容管理主体责任的意见》,知乎是在推动形成恶意的网络生态、没履行好其基本的主体责任。
我提起公开批评后,知乎平台已经主动删除了我个人在其平台上的绝大多数不实信息。但知乎恶意的机制还没调整,还在发挥恶意的作用。知乎目前的机制,发布恶意匿名提问和匿名回答的门槛太低,事先缺合格审核、事后只删除了事。知乎需要去调整其发布提问和回答的机制,提升造谣的门槛和成本,比如限制匿名提问和回答,可以对被证明为造谣的信息打上造谣的标签等。
知乎的匿名提问和匿名回答机制,是为了保护民众的言论自由么?显然不是。受到诽谤后企业主往往需要去提供各项证明,成本非常大;很多企业,往往需要花钱(记为“营销费”)才能删除掉诽谤的信息。我调研了数十家企业主,他们在知乎上几乎都是负面评价,将近一半不得不采取花钱了事的方式。知乎作为上市公司,其公布的2023年第一季度财报显示,其营销服务收入为3.92亿元。
企业主是自己人,也是人民群众中的一员,是社会建设的积极力量,理应得到公平合理对待。知乎上所描绘的企业主群体,其主色调是负面,这与事实不符,这严重影响了企业的正常生产和工作,客观上挑拨了广大员工群体和企业主群体的关系。
调整知乎的机制,这样的决策只有作为创始人和CEO的周源可以推动;其作为知名企业家,并且当选为了十四届全国政协社会和法制委员会委员,其应该有企业家的同理心、更加懂平台的主体责任。很遗憾的是,知乎目前还是一个谣言充斥的大平台。
知乎也有自己的为难之处,其作为获得多轮VC融资、目前在美国和香港上市的公司有较大的业绩压力,其商业模式建立在用户量和用户活跃度上。提搞发提问和回答的门槛,虽然可以有效减少谣言,但不利于其发展用户和维持用户活跃度,从而影响其商业收入。
恳请有关部门介入,调查我上述所说的情况;我愿意协助调查和调研,为有关部门提供必要的材料和证据。

Here’s a small iOS 17 change that had gone unnoticed until now. Via @AppleIntro on Twitter, iOS 17 includes a new speed option for the Haptic Touch setting. This setting controls how long the user has to long-press on the iPhone screen in order for the system gesture action to be committed.
This setting affects things like how fast context menus appear. You can customize it by opening the Settings app and navigating to Accessibility -> Touch -> Haptic Touch.
