　　魔法小说《哈利波特》作者罗琳（J.K Rowling）日前在推特上发文，关注作家萨尔曼·拉什迪在纽约遇袭事件，形容消息可怕，感到恶心，并祝愿对方早日康复，结果惹来居于巴基斯坦的伊朗极端分子对她发出死亡威胁，扬言她会是下一个。

　　罗琳是于当地时间上周六推文表示，对于拉什迪遇袭受伤感到恶心，非常难过，形容是可怕新闻，希望他早点好起来。不少网民在底下留言支持，但也出现一则留言说，不要担心，你会成为下一个。其后，罗琳将这则留言截图，并标记推特官方客户服务账号求助，引起警方关注。

　　据报，留言威胁罗琳的网民是居于巴基斯坦卡拉奇的伊朗极端分子阿齐兹（Meer Asif Aziz），阿齐兹的推特简介自己为学生、社会活跃者及政治活跃分子等，且曾公开表扬袭击拉什迪的疑犯马塔尔是一名什叶派革命战士。

　　罗琳公开表示，她向推特举报了她受到的这一威胁后，推特做出回应，将阿齐兹的帐号冻结，但认为该用户没有违反规则。来自推特的电子邮件写道：“在审查了可用信息后，我们确定您报告的内容中没有违反推特规则。我们感谢您的帮助，如果您发现任何潜在的违规行为，我们鼓励您在未来再次与我们联系。”

　　罗琳发帖回应推特：“这些是你们的指导方针，对吧？‘暴力：你不得威胁对个人或群体实施暴力，我们也禁止美化暴力……’‘恐怖主义/暴力极端主义：你不得威胁或宣扬恐怖主义’。”

　　罗琳还证实警方已介入。她在推特上告诉她的粉丝：“致所有发送支持信息的人：谢谢。警方已参与其中（并已经介入其他威胁）。”

　　另外华纳兄弟（Warner Bros）发表声明，谴责对于罗琳发出的威胁，支持一切言论自由，表明罗琳是一位值得尊敬的作者，希望各界停止无谓的暴力行为，并表示与拉什迪一家同在，呼吁网民要尊重不同的信仰及想法。

我在家乡做跨境：内陆城市的出海机遇与挑战

提到跨境业务，大家首先想到的往往是浙江义乌、广东深圳等沿海地区。事实却是：跨境业务正在内迁，更准确地说，跨境业务从沿海产业龙头聚集的“一枝独秀”变为全国范围的“遍地开花”。
得益于一带一路、RCEP等政策层面的利好，线上电商在全球渗透率的提升，以及欧亚大陆铁路/各内陆省市空港等基础设施的完善。各地省市也积极出台助力跨境电商和外贸发展的扶持政策，以跨境为主题的产业园、创赛等纷纷涌现。
“逃离北上广”在多年前火遍全网，如今，离开一线城市已经是许多打工人和创业者的战略性选择。我在老家做跨境，钱多事少离家近——在家门口做跨境不再是难题，回乡挣外汇的梦想正在一步步成为现实。

本文为直播内容摘录，保留问答形式。希望为对非一线城市/非沿海地区做跨境感兴趣的读者带来有价值的内容。
品玩Global：跨境产业内迁，大家对此有没有感知？有哪些非一线城市已经能够做出不亚于义乌、深圳等地的跨境业务？
赵晶：感触很深，因为目前我们正在把团队变得更分布式。在北京、洛杉矶等地都有团队，接下来打算将很重要的客服和社区运营放到武汉。相比于人才济济的一线城市，武汉同样不缺人才。一线城市不缺好工作，而跨境电商相关岗位可以开拓视野，在武汉等地的吸引力比较大、职业稳定性会更好。
全球供应链经历过优化，但其实人力资源也在经历全球化和分散化，这是必然的趋势。二者原因比较相似，都是降本增效、优化成本结构。之所以选择到武汉还因为一些低调的跨境电商卖家在武汉做了十多年时间，充分利用非沿海城市的优势，把生意做大。

李响：非一线城市的物流、互联网等基础设施很完善，加上人才回流，将迎来一轮发展热潮。以云南为例，虽然是边境省份但不靠海，因此以往不被看好。事实上，从云南到南亚、东南亚地区坐飞机可能只需要一个小时，区位优势非常明显。
流向云南的人才和企业越来越多。首届云南国际创新创业大赛有来自33个国家的参赛者，大家很看好云南的优势。不论中国企业还是海外企业，可以通过云南对内拓展业务到中国其他城市，也可以辐射南亚、东南亚。
接下来如果本地有一两家跨境独角兽出现，它们可能是非常垂直的、基于地缘优势的，可以带动周边中小型企业聚集，就像阿里巴巴对杭州电商产业的作用。
品玩Global：非一线城市在哪些方面有优势，能够获得比一线城市、跨境产业成熟的城市更好的收益，从而吸引产业回迁？
赵晶：以做亚马逊为例，流量越来越贵、利润缩减，这个平台不再适合卖低价货。但如果是在武汉这样的城市，仍然可以卖相对便宜的商品并且获得利润，因为公司运营成本比沿海城市低。武汉还有很强的软实力，本科毕业生数量全国第一，有充足的人才资源。
说回TikTok在东南亚的直播，本质基础是小语种能力。云南有很多会讲东南亚小语种的人才，也有很多来自东南亚的留学生。当地人可能对这种机会一无所知，但跨境电商行业从业者、东南亚公司都已经意识到云南在这方面的优势。
面向全球开展业务就免不了协作，现在没有哪个单一地区拥有所有资源，能够做所有的事。发挥每个地区的特长和优势，产生协同效应，帮助把全球化业务做好。
李响：云南目前不是跨境业务做得最好的省份，但是非常有潜力。云南的茶叶、咖啡、新材料、生物医药等产业相对于东南亚和南亚是高地。创新创业大赛举办以后，点燃了本地企业这方面的意识。
云南少数民族众多，对东南亚语言接受得很快。同时有很多来自东南亚、南亚的留学生，他们既会小语种也会中文，很多人毕业后创业做跨境贸易。现在政府和高校都在推进跨境类课程，对于学生来说跨境电商创业门槛不高，有很大的发展潜力。

品玩Global：现在是跨境内迁的合适时间点吗？应该如何做内迁？
李响：取决于公司类型和赛道。比如是迁移到云南，可以把南亚、东南亚的销售点设置到云南，比较稳定后再迁移仓储，下一步是迁移组装工厂。总的来说，先从市场营销的点开始，逐步将更靠近生产端口的环节迁移。
赵晶：一个方式是将公司业务模块化，不同业务之间是协作关系，拆分出的业务放到最合适的非一线城市去。在这种形式下，每个业务的负责人非常重要。
以往大家都更愿意留在一线城市，现在人才回流非一线城市的趋势非常显著，非一线城市人才的深度、广度、密度并不差。而拥有相关经验，从一线城市、沿海跨境发达的城市回流到相对内陆的城市，这样的人才更适合当负责人，他们对业务会有更强的主人翁意识。
品玩Global：产业内迁越来越多之后，会不会每个城市都有一个标杆性的跨境企业，并形成产业优势，吸引接受过良好教育的人才回到家乡？
赵晶：很看好这样的模式，我认为一定会实现，只是时间问题。
我比较熟悉的是电商类的消费品，现在消费品要建立品牌、做成功的企业，内容能力是必不可少的。首先是品牌内容化，其次是内容算法分发带来的流量长尾化。算法基于内容，将内容推向更垂直的群体，品牌和消费品触达的人群会越来越垂直。
品牌创作内容，通过个性化算法推出去，获取精准用户——每个地区根据自身优势创造和产品相关的内容，能够做出比以前成长快10倍到100倍的企业。这件事在国内已经得到验证。以我的老家云南为例，一些多肉植物基地通过抖音去直播、创作有趣的内容，获得快速增长。
这样的增长逻辑在全球其实都适用，现在越本地、越垂直的事物越是品牌。以前除了云南没有多少人知道食用野生菌的快乐，现在全国人民都知道吃野生菌这件事，其实就成为一种本地化的品牌。全球各地会形成独特的文化和品牌，因为科技进步，这些垂直的产品和品牌更容易走向全国、走向世界。

李响：这种趋势在国外尤其是北美非常明显，很多人逐渐不居住在纽约、多伦多、洛杉矶等城市，回流到其他城市或乡下。他们在毕业的前几年留在大型城市积累经验，之后可以远程办公、有自己的事业，逐步迁移到其他地方。
在美国内陆比如科罗拉多的丹佛会形成产业，聚焦于一些企业，中国的的趋势也会是类似的。就像刚才提到的，在云南通过直播带货能够将村里的货卖出去，透明度越来越高，聚焦于每个地方优势的产品和产业会被不断放大。同样的虹吸效应适用于人才，人才和产业会不断聚集到一个城市。
品玩Global：直播间有观众留言称，他们公司的核心的运营人员在西安，仓库在东莞，他个人的感觉是运营人员对市场的敏感度不够。大家有没有这样的观察或想法，或者你认为应该怎么样去解决？
李响：我认为在一线城市最好还是有一个销售中心，在云南的一些企业依然把销售和研发放在上海。一线城市的交流更多、市场活跃度高、信息更通达，对市场的敏感度更好。如果企业的团队设置全都在内陆城市，在一线城市没有办公室，可能确实会有对市场敏感度不高的问题。
赵晶：这确实是一个挑战。在物理上有距离，可以通过业务上的交叉能够更好地融入整体业务，让视角更全面。比如在内陆城市我们会有很独立的业务，但它并不完全受限于业务，也会穿插业务以外的部分或交叉业务，来增加对团队整体的了解。保证每个地区对公司整体业务有深度的参与。

标题党、废话文学和AI配音的烂梗：各平台泛滥的电影解说，已造出了一套流水线文学了

“银行行长被人冤枉入狱，看他如何涅槃重生。”
“见女友家长被催眠，原因竟是为了共享身体？”
“大聪明为爱抢劫，造就史上最大现金抢劫案。”
“女孩在公交车上被劫持，没想到却爱上了劫匪。”
看了这些标题，你能想到它们其实是在说一些经典电影么？
但只要你用过一些短视频应用，就基本能猜到这些标题对应的视频是什么内容：
电影解说。
这些电影解说往往是把一部两小时左右的电影浓缩进10分钟左右的内容里（通常还会分好几集）：关键剧情的画面片段，配合一段旁白，再加上一段引人入胜的BGM，一部适合餐后享用的电影解说就这么制作好了。
是谁第一个做电影解说的已经无从追溯了，这个问题大概也不重要，重要的是，除了越来越夸张的标题党，现在短视频里的电影解说看着倒越来越像是一个人做的。
此话怎讲？
经常逛短视频看电影解说的，对下面这段网友@专业戳轮胎熊律师贡献的素材一定不陌生：
这个男人刚坐下，小美就拿了一份文件出现在他面前。可没想到文件袋还没打开，佛波勒就出现在他们面前。

原来眼前这个男人是前美国总统，而这份文件则悄悄被他看似忠诚的手下，大壮掉了包。

不要眨眼注意看，下一秒佛波勒看着文件，朝着老头就一个托马斯回旋笑，随后给他戴上了手铐。老头一边走一边高喊：咩噶，咩噶……

保镖胡子哥带着小弟闻讯赶来，却没想到，佛波勒拔出喷子，瞬间解决掉两个卡乐咪……
这段话堪称集合了当代短视频电影解说文学之大成。
妙就妙在，上面的名字、称呼和句式就反复出现在各种电影解说短视频里，让人有种全天下电影解说都是同一个人的错觉。
“小美”是电影里长相貌美的女子，很多时候也专指女主；“大壮”是身材健壮的男子，有时也是男主；“胡子哥”同字面意思；“卡乐咪”一说是出自东北话，意思是剧情中不重要的角色，群演之类，或者主角的跟班。
最精彩的是“佛波勒”。这本来应该是一个音译梗，指的是美国联邦调查局的英文简称FBI，但据网友@无念观察，“佛波勒”最早是因为某东北剪辑主播没文化，不知道联邦调查局的缩写是FBI，把最后的i误以为是L，无意间却发现了流量密码，于是他将错就错，假装自己是故意说错的，“佛波勒”的叫法也流传开来。

当然电影解说里还不止这些人。
“千条叔”是很有故事和经历的中年男性，“丧彪”是电影里的反派，“小帅”是长相帅气不时接替大壮成为男主的小伙儿，除此以外还有小白、大强、大山、阿珍、阿强、金发妹、千条姐、大漂亮和大美丽们……

电影解说文学中的组词和句式就更有讲究，类似“这个男人/女人”、“注意看”、“下一秒”和“却没想到”等等的还只是基础，不少句式都不出意外地延续了前段时间流行的废话文学：
不出意外的话要出意外了

这个长得像小女孩的小女孩，其实是一个小女孩

懵逼的女人一脸懵逼

……
组词方面，许多电影解说同样发扬了汉语的博大精深，除了套用评书里表达暂且不说的“按下不表”，还有一个词叫“饮恨西北”，尽管没有被收进中华成语词典，但据网友考据，该词很有可能是借鉴了南朝梁文学家江淹《恨赋》词句“自古皆有死，莫不饮恨而吞声”，有“含恨败北”的意思。

基于以上成果，有短视频培训老师已经在开始知乎上教大家怎么做电影解说了：
目前，短视频领域的各类型账号，只有电影解说号是赚钱最轻松的，且是门槛最低的。

这是一个直接搬砖的活，只要你愿意付出时间就行，不需要任何的技能，当然也没有任何的难度，它是短视频范畴里最容易做的一个类别，大家不都眼红于短视频的暴利嘛，这个完全可以做，而且要求零基础。一天时间我们可合理安排制作1-2部电影的视频解说内容。
至于解说的文案：
这里我建议大家直接去复制别人的文案就行，复制一些影视点评网站或者影视公众号，毕竟我们是要走高产路线的，不可能全部都自己写。
不过既然是做电影解说视频，自然不能没有声音。
有人留言，“现在做电影解说啥的连说话都不用说了吗？”
还真是。
培训老师还贴心地为大家推荐了语音合成工具，来让跃跃欲试的创作者们彻底摆脱买录音设备的成本。一款是微软Microsoft Azure（微软的公用云端服务平台）的文本转语音服务：

语音一定要选最流行的AI云希，说话风格一定要选cheerful才对味。另一款阿里云的智能语音交互服务，AI同样要选激昂解说的艾飞：

有网友称，作为短视频电影解说领域最受创作者欢迎的两款AI工具，假以时日，20后的小朋友长大后肯定会像喜欢赵忠祥的声音一样喜欢云希和艾飞的声音。
最后的最后，再配上一曲越南电音慢摇，解说视频完美搞定。
前段时间曾流行过一阵关于“短视频电影解说是否毁了电影？”的讨论，有人认真批判过：
电影是复杂而精巧的，而这种压缩式的解说非常暴力且永久地破坏了电影最重要的首次体验，电影人喜爱电影，从而去做电影，去琢磨细节，去表达情感，去做这么一个“雕塑”，却被人直接拿走削成了一个笼统的大石头，只要追求美的人都会觉得难过。（@LightOS）
尽管如此，仍有不在少数的人都觉得这是不可能的事，纷纷表示很喜欢这种形式。对于他们来说，一天里可能只有睡前的一点点时间真正属于自己，深究电影的艺术内涵是艺术家们要干的事。
“没时间看整部电影，打发时间就好。”
有相应的需求就会有相应的产品，快节奏的生活塑造出了短视频电影解说这样的产品，快餐可能不健康，但是饿肚子的人哪等得起一两个小时慢炖。
现实是，人们总是一边不自觉地刷着这些视频，一边感叹着自己好像已经不能再耐心地去欣赏一部完整的电影，担心着底线是不是也会就这样被打发掉，在这样的矛盾中度过可能是大部分人的人生。
